OLD YADAVANDRIANS ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF NOMINATION/ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
It is brought to the notice of all registered members of Old Yadavindrians Association, the Alumni Association of Yadavindra Public School Mohali that on the 3rd day of December 2017, Sunday, the elections shall be held for electing the Team of Office Bearers of the Association for a term of two years:
- President
- Vice President
- General Secretary
- Joint Secretary
- Secretary IT
- Secretary Legal
- Treasurer
The Schedule of the Elections shall be as under:
- Start of filling of Nomination: 1100 hours of November 17, 2017
- Last date and time of receipt of Nomination: 1700 hours of November 24, 2017
- Scrutiny to be completed by 1700 hours of November 26, 2017
- Last date and time of withdrawal of Nominations: 1700 hours of November 28, 2017
- Date and time of Voting: 0900 hours to 1200 hours of December 3, 2017
- Declaration of Results: 1700 hours of December 3, 2017
Notes:
- Nominations for all the seven positions shall be filled collectively as a team in the prescribed format. These nominations shall be forwarded by the proposed President of such team to elections@oyamohali.org and nominations for lesser positions shall be rejected by the Returning Officers.
- The Secretary Legal should be a law graduate and shall be responsible for all legal works and to represent the Association through self or an Attorney in front of any judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
