During the men’s skeet gold at the 60th National shotgun championship, Mairaj Ahmad Khan essayed the title of being the best shotgun marksman in the country, but he had to be at his best to beat Amrinder Singh Cheema. An Old Yadavindrian, Amrinder Singh Cheema won the Silver medal in the Men's Skeet Event. Old Yadavindrians are making a name for themselves in the field of sports… more often than ever before… And we are proud of each one of them.
Yadavindrians have been representing the country at Equestrian Meets, Squash Tournaments, Motorsports and now Amrinder Singh Cheema was placed 2nd in the 60th National Shotgun Championship at the JDA Range in Jaipur recently. Apart from Cheema, Fateh Shergill Jeji & Jodhbir Singh Shergill also qualified at the national championship to reach the 'renowned shot' level and have professional standing and seeding at India level.

We wish them the best and hope to see them on the podium together some day.
